Garden of Eden? |

Where was the Garden of Eden? Lu 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. Ge 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. I gave the verse in the NT 1st to bare out that after Jesus dies, he doesn't go to heaven 1st, but goes to hades or the place of the dead. It isn't until Jesus is dead for 3.5 days that he rises from the dead and then goes to heaven. So the paradise of the Garden of Eden is in the upper place of the dead....this makes the earth (ertz) in Gen 1:1 the place of the dead, and not Earth. |
